Indoor Playground Safety Guidelines

Please follow these reminders so every family can enjoy a safe, clean and comfortable MAXFUN experience.

Before entering

  • Wear comfortable clothing and MAXFUN grip socks. No slippers, sandals or sharp accessories.
  • Do not bring sharp objects, flammable materials, food or drinks into the play area.
  • Keep valuables secure and follow every attraction’s height and safety guidance.

While playing

  • Parents or guardians must accompany and supervise children at all times.
  • No running, rough play, pushing, crowding or dangerous behaviour.
  • Follow staff instructions and stop immediately if you feel unwell or need help.

Special reminders

  • Guests with health conditions should choose activities carefully.
  • Pregnant, intoxicated or unwell guests should avoid high-intensity activities.
  • Never leave children unattended and please take care of all equipment.
